On arrival at Chandigarh airport/railway station, meet and greet by our representative and drive to Shimla. Arrival in Shimla and check into your hotel. After rest, visit the Ridge and Christ Church.

After breakfast, visit Kufri – one of India’s best holiday destinations. Later, explore Mashobra and its reserve forest sanctuary. Return to the hotel by evening.

- Different in cost arising due to change in taxes by the government which will have be collected directly on arrival.
- Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
- Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage etc. or being help up in any of the islands due to bad weather like Cyclone etc. in such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by guest directly.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- Blocking will be help provisionally up to a specified cut-off after which they will be released automatically.
- Blocking will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
- Remaining payment are to be released one day prior to before the date of check out or
departure.
Any hikes in Government taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the
package rates.
– Any bank charged for international bank account will be borne by the customer.
Time
All guests must follow the scheduled time. If any guest is late and misses sightseeing, they will be responsible for the missed moment.
Food
Gujarati meals are available for dinner. Any changes are subject to hotel/resort policy.
Pick-up & Drop
We arrange pick-up & drop based on the given time. If the train/bus/airplane is late, the company will not be responsible. In such a case, guests must reach the property on their own.
Vehicle
Vehicle type depends on the number of group members: 02 to 04 – sedan car, 05 to 06 – Innova/Ertiga, 07 to 16 – Tempo Traveller (A/C or Non A/C). If there are any personal vehicle-related issues, an extra vehicle can be provided at additional cost.
Payment
100% advance payment is required 15 days before the tour.
Sightseeing
If sightseeing is affected by government closures or timing restrictions, guests are requested to support the company in managing the situation as best as possible.
